m13speed (oldm13)

Let me just remind you that the latest version of m13speed is a standalone
program.  Just in case some of you wanted to try the original
m13speed (which relied on Scitechsoft's SDD52), I've included the older
version in this archive.  I've renamed it to "oldm13"

I haven't gotten around to fixing m13speed's user interface.  Right now, it's
hardwired to intercept VGA-mode13h and replace it with Scitechsoft's 0x163.
You must first load Scitechsoft's SDD52 (http://www.scitechsoft.com), before 
loading m13speed.

Trident 94XX/96XX users...
	Please use the new version of m13speed.
	SDD52's 0x163 implementation seems to play havoc with certain games.
	Mechwarrior2DOS and Destruction Derby both choked with M13SPEED.
	It looks like the game's real-time timer is slowed to a crawl.

S3 users...
	Don't bother with m13speed, run S3SPDUP by Dietmar
	check my homepage for the URL 

Cirrus users...
	The Cirrus's MCGA mode13 is as optimized as the other SVGA modes.
	m13speed will not improve mode13 performance.

Other users...
	Well I'd like to hear from you guys
