* Map Notes *

PLOT: This map is a simple start area designed to allow the player
to select a difficulty level and then access the first BadLands
mission which consists of the maps BadLand1 and BadLand2. At the
end of BadLand2 (if the mission is a success), you will return to
the BadLands map, at which point you will be able to access the
next mission.

VERSION 1: The next mission (BadLand3) is not yet designed, so
links to it are not yet enabled in this version of BadLands.
When I produce the next map in the series, I will release a new
version of BadLands which will allow access to the new mission.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Although I still have a few ideas for further Quake
levels, I don't really have the time to work on them. If any other
level designers out there like my BadLands levels and would like to
tie-in their own level(s) as a BadLands mission, please write to me
and we can maybe make a joint effort multi-mission game.

PERFORMANCE: This level runs OK in 640x480 resolution on my 166,
but you may have to use a lower resolution on slower machines.

* Construction *

Base : New level from scratch
Editor(s) used : None. MAP file written by hand.

* Legal Stuff *

You may distribute this level freely, as long as you include this
text file and give me credit. However, this level may not be included
in any commercial compilation or product without my express permission.
