Who Was That? for PolyForm Users (or anyone with IPPort.vbx and threed.vbx)
Requires Windows (any) and a running winsock.dll, ipport.vbx and threed.vbx
can be found in the PolyForm package at the same place you found
this file. (http://www.portal.com/~cbntmkr/utility.html)

Who Was That? looks up an internet host name from the ip
address. When run, it looks up the ip number that is currently on
the clipboard (if there is a bitmap or grocery list on the clipboard,
it won't look that up and will give you an error). That is all it does.
The button closes it. You can type in a new number (or name) and hit enter
and it will do a lookup on that (or lookup the number)
There are numerous DNR Clients around that will give you more info,
my favorite is NSLookup. The point of this program was speed and
single click operation, for those of us who peruse the access logs of
web servers asking ourselves 'Who Was That?'.
