PolyForm V 1.2 

Form and E-Mail Support for NCSA HTTPD for Windows

Configurable CGI Form Handling Script program which provides a central way 
to organize and edit the various script components. 
Features include:
- Management of multiple, independent scripts 
- Saves data in text or HTML 
- Sends Client to any URL 
- E-Mails submitted data 
- E-Mails back to client 
- Runs Text and HTML Editors and configures the scripts and related files 
all from one interface.

Installation

polyform.exe - place in your cgi-win directory
polyform.hlp - place in your windows directory
beeper22.exe - place in your windows directory
polyform.ini - place in your windows directory
cmdialog.vbx - place in windows\system or discard if you have a newer version
threed.vbx   - place in windows\system or discard if you have a newer version
ipport.vbx   - place in windows\system
ipport.lic   - place in windows\system

PolyForm also requires vbrun300.dll in your windows\system directory,
this file is widely available and is available at ftp.portal.com
/pub/cbntmkr/vbrun300.dll

If you wish to run PolyForm from an icon, drag polyform.exe from 
File Manager into an appropriate program group.

Run PolyForm by double clicking the icon or by double clicking 
polyform.exe in File Manager

Complete details on running the program may be found in the file
polyform.hlp, press F1 while PolyForm is running.
Please read the help file thoroughly to ensure you have the information
necessary to setup and run PolyForm successfully!
