1/26/85 - Version 1.01/IOP
  1. Terminal interrupts were not killing associated tasks
  2. Errors during "open" are returned to user (bad device).
  3. Small error when sending single character - device
     # was still being put into command byte. This would
have caused problems in a system with > 16 terminals.
  4. More than 20 terminals caused the auto-sizing code
to screw up so that you could never write to any terminal.
