This NLM is provided as is. There is no charge for it's use. You may
freely distribute this NLM provided you do not charge for it.

The included NLM is a NULL telnet daemon for Netware. The telnetd.nlm
will accept a session on port 23 (default) and notify the user that this
server does not accpet telnet sessions. The server will then wait 10 seconds
before closing the connection. This is to accomidate some telnet programs
that close the windows as soon as the connection is closed.

If the file SYS:ETC\TENETD exists, it will echo that file to the user trying
to telnet to the server.

Command line options:

-port=<d> Change the port that TELNETD is listening for connections
-delay=<d> Change the delay time before TELNETD closes the connection.
                 The default is 10 seconds.
  -? Displays the help screen.
