INSTALL DETAILS:

After downloading 

Place WDA.Zip in your temp or other directory. 
Make sure the file PKunzip.exe is in the dirctory 
as well, then type in the command as follows:

PKunzip WDA.zip

After unzipping the WDA.zip file. 
Start Windows, select file, run, from the file menu.
In the dialog box, type in the directory where you 
chose to unzip the WDA file and the word (Setup)  
I.e C:\temp\Setup 

click on OK and the program will start the Setup routine.
