%%HP:T(3); @ BKDN: "Back Down" (opposite of Backup) @ by Joe Horn \<< :1: FLGS EVAL STOF :1: BKUP RESTORE \>> @ This is the companion to BACKUP, an automatic backupper, on the HORN1 disk. @ After running BACKUP, all of main RAM (including flags) are backupped into @ port 1 (it is assumed to be FREE but not write-protected). @ NOTE: TO WORK, THIS PROGRAM MUST BE IN PORT 1. @ If you ever want to restore all of memory (including flags), just type @ 1:BKDN and then press EVAL. @ If (like me) you play with the 48 a lot, and get Memory Clear's all the @ time, it's nice to be able to backup/backdown in just a few seconds each. @ I keep my Port 1 Ram Card's switch in the read-only position! @ Since RESTORE clears USER mode, you'll have to set it yourself if you wish.
