TR2KODI v4.27 (950927) TR2KODI is the TI2000 Compliant Device Driver for TMS380 based adapters. The driver conforms to the Novell Open Data-Link Interface (ODI) Specification. The ODI specification is designed to allow a LAN card to use multiple protocols and frame types. Using other COM files supplied by Novell Netware, you would load the workstation driver with the following commands: File Version ------------ --------- LSL.COM X.XX TR2KODI.COM X.XX IPXODI.COM X.XX NETX.EXE X.XX Create a NET.CFG file to select configuration options. In addition to the standard configuration options defined by Netware, the following options can be used: MAX FRAME SIZE and SPEED. MAX FRAME SIZE allows alteration of the maximum frame size on the network. The value can range from 638 to 4222. The TR2KODI driver normally obtains I/O port, interrupt, adapter data rate (4 or 16 mbps) and node address from the PCMDRI.DOS device driver (PCMCIA) or from hardware configuration registers. On PCI cards, network data rate defaults to 16MB. If it is desired to run on a 4MB network, use the "SPEED 4" keyword. You may override the node address by using the "NODE ADDRESS xxxxxxxxxxxx" parameter. The following is an example of a NET.CFG file: LINK DRIVER TR2KODI SPEED 4 MAX FRAME SIZE 4222 NODE ADDRESS 40001A004001 For more information on NET.CFG options refer to your Novell DOS ODI manual.
