APz Requester v1.10.
--------------------

Why yet another requester? Well, I couldn't find any non-elite non-lightbar
requesters, so I decided to make one. I added "set uploaded" option that
i've never seen on requesters yet. This new command marks request "UPLOADED"
and notifies user that files he requested are uploaded. But before we
continue with installation...

...legal things first.

UNEXPECTED RESULTS. YOU USE THIS PROGRAM COMPLETELY ON YOUR OWN RISK.

Installation. In this example we'll assume that you use c:\pcb\req-
directory for installation.

1) Create a directory for requester and move REQ.* there.

2) Add command to CMD.LST to run requester.

Charges Per PPE/MNU File Specification -or-
Command Sec Minute Use Keystroke Substitution

   1) REQUESTER 0 0 0 C:\PCB\REQ\REQ.PPE

3) Fire up PCB and start requester. You may have to restart PCB in case
you added requester's information to CMD.LST in shell.

4) You're done.

Adding a request shouldn't give you any pains :) When user has SysOp
securitylevel, There'll be a extra command - "(R)emove requests".
Remove requests has 3 subcommands:

(R)emove request.
This will remote selected request and erase it from list.

(S)et uploaded.
This will mark request as "UPLOADED" and will inform user with message
  on mainboard.

(N)otify without setting as uploaded.
This will only notify user without removing or setting request as uploaded.
(useful if request has several files (like "TechnoAMP, WoodAMP and
  SkyAMP-skins for winamp").

Uninstalling.

1) Remove requester-command from CMD.LST.

2) Delete requester directory.

3) Done.
