Enhanced Batch Save v1.0 by Drew [PWA]

Various text strings used by the PPE. Anything that has "%" around it are
replacement codes (macros).

Line 1: The main prompt. It's behaviour will be that after printing the
text, the cursor will move back 2 spaces.

Lines 2 and 3 do not print a new line. Line 4 is printed after either of
the previous two, and includes a new line.

Line 5: "%BYTES%" will be printed right-justified within 13 blank spaces,
so take this into account if you change its printing position.
