*********************************************** * CNet ISA-Bus PowerNIC Driver Installation * * > Windows NT 4.0 * *********************************************** The driver for Windows NT 4.0 is located in the \WINNT\40 subdirectory of the PowerNIC diskette. 1. Start Windows NT and logon as Administrator. From the Control Panel select the "Network" icon. 2. From the Network window, click on the "Adapters" button and click on "Add..." button. 3. Click "Have Disk..." and insert this driver diskette into the appropriate drive. 4. Follow the instructions appearing on the screen and select the appropriate drive name when required to give the location for the driver and the OEMSETUP.INF file. Example: A:\WINNT\40 5. After pressing the OK button, the message "CNet PowerNIC CN200/600/650Eplus PNP Ethernet Adapter" should be displayed in the "Select OEM Option" window. After pressing the OK button, set the appropriate value for IRQ and I/O Address. Click on the OK button. The files will automaticallybe copied to the hard disk. 6. Now, the driver has been installed. Select the OK button from the Network window. The protocols and driver will bind together. 7. Reboot
