Tyler 2.0 helps Windows Explorer work more like good old File Manager, adding multiple window features to Explorer such as New Window, Tile Horizontally, and Tile Vertically. In fact, Tyler adds these features to any program currently missing these abilities. Tyler works with Netscape Navigator, Paint, Microsoft Internet Explorer, WordPad, Media Player, Sound Recorder, Notepad, My Computer, and more.

Tyler resides as a tiny icon on the shell tray of the Windows 95 task bar. Click on the icon to access the pop-up menu. The item that you choose from the menu applies to the program you are currently running. When you choose New Window from the Tyler menu, Tyler simply brings up a new instance of the current program. As you task switch from one program to another, Tyler keeps all Windows of the same application together, so when you click on one Explorer window in the background, all Explorer windows surface together.

After unzipping, run the Setup program. When you run Tyler you will only see an icon on the system tray of the Windows 95 task bar. Click on this icon to access the Tyler menu. Uninstall is accessible from Control Panel.

This is the shareware version of Tyler. You may use it free of charge for the first 30 days, but you should purchase the registered version after this initial trial period. The cost is $10.00 (US).
