----------------
What's a pupik?
----------------
Pupik is the Yiddish word for bellybutton.

------------------------
Why, that's very funny!
------------------------
Pupik is a little command-line window. It works with
Windows 95, and probably with NT 3.5 and above too, although
I haven't tested it with NT. It works pretty much like
Windows 95's 'Run... dialog', except:

  - Pupik will accept MS-DOS commands and Internet URLs
    as well as Windows commands.
  - Pupik allows you to create aliases, or abbreviations,
    for commands you use often.
  - Pupik can remain on your screen all the time, if
    that's really what you want.

Read the file PUPIK.DOC for detailed instructions. This is
a MS Word 7 document, but if you don't have MS Word you can use
Windows 95's WordPad to read it (WordPad is MS Word-compatible).

--------------------------
How to install your Pupik
--------------------------
Pupik is distributed in two ways:

If you received the file PUPIK2.ZIP, you have the deluxe version
of Pupik with a Setup program and all the files and everything.
Just unzip the files into a temporary directory and run SETUP.EXE.

If you downloaded the file S-PUPIK2.ZIP, you'll need to have (or
get) the file VB40032.DLL in your Windows/System directory. This
is the Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit run-time DLL. Then, just copy
the files PUPIK.EXE and PUPIK.DOC to any directory and manually
add a shortcut to your Start Menu or whatever.

-------------------------
Gosh, what do I owe you?
-------------------------
You can't possibly imagine. However, I suppose that $5
(five bucks U.S.) will suffice. Send it right on to:
