         Program description:

"Know Your Cocktails" is an instructional multi-choice quiz and
data base software package ... it is essentially a computer
assisted learning package that details how to make many of the
more common Cocktails. The user is taken through some
introductory information and then is presented with a range of
Cocktails, many divided into categories around the base spirit
         used in the Cocktail.

On the screen, the Cocktail names are highlighted: the user can
select on that interests them by name and by clicking on the
mouse or pressing enter is given the ingredients details of
         that cocktail.

The operation of the programme is very simple: it is designed
around use of the arrow keys and enter, or use of the mouse.

         Brief Instructions
Installation - there is am installation program included. Type

bar down to the item you want and press enter. You can also use

choose. The programme is easy to operate - users do not need to

be computer literate. The programme can be fully operated either

by mouse, or by using the arrows and enter keys.

This is the file MANUAL.EXE. To use it simply type MANUAL at
the
prompt and press enter. The Manual can be paged-through using

the PgUp/PgDn keys (also Home & End). A hard copy of the
