Version 3.0.4 June 15th, 1995
 New Features:
   1) Can now save the location of the OTT window between sessions,
either immediately via the menu, or upon program exit via a
       checkbox in config
   2) Com 3 and 4 can now be used (registered users only)
   3) 'Real' time clock now built in that actively shows online time
   4) Colored horizontal 'bar' that can be turned on/off via the
System menu, showing port polling....this bar is linked to the
port interval...one pass of the bar equals one comm port check.
   5) Re-compiled using the latest MSCOMM.VBX file. Some users that
had this later version of the VBX file were having trouble
running version 3.0.3 as the program was compiled to run with
the older version. The LATEST VBX file is included in this zip.
If you have trouble running v3.0.4, rename your mscomm.vbx file
in your windows/system directory and re-run the setup.exe for
the time tracker and let it install the latest mscomm file.

Version 3.0.3 May 15th, 1995
There was a small logic bug in the calculations of time when the
logon seconds were larger than the logoff seconds...this calculated
the time exactly 2 minutes incorrectly. This has been fixed in
v3.0.3 Multiple provider tracking was switched from shareware version
to the registered version. Got complaints from registered users that
too much was available via the shareware. See folks, we do listen.

Version 3.0.2 May 3rd, 1995
v3.0.2 now allows you to track different monthly times for multiple
online providers. There is a new field in the config menu item that
allows you to select 1 of 4 different online providers. Any actions
taken by the program (ie graph, view, purge, save) will now affect the
provider you specified in the config service field.

If your online provider is not listed in this field, you can still
select any provider and track online data using that filename. The
Online Time Tracker does not know if you subscribe to any given provider,
so it is just an internal reference to keep the files straight.

If you want to switch from one provider to another: Select System/Config
and choose the provider that you wish to track. Logon to that provider and
do your work. After you've logged off, select System/Config and choose the
other provider, logon to them and your time/log files will be accurately
  tracked separately.

Version 3.0.1 December 28th, 1994
Initial internet offering of the shareware.

Version 3.0.1 December 10th, 1994
Initial writing. Started as a project for one of our programmers to
track his own online time. His provider was incorrectly reporting
his online time...and he wanted a way to keep track of it himself. The
pen and paper were becoming a major pain.

*IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPGRADING FROM V3.0.1*

If you are using v3.0.2 or greater, there is no concern with upgrading
to v3.0.4, the directory and file structure did not change with this
release.

The data files created with Online Time Tracker v3.0.1 will
continue to be used by v3.0.4 if you follow the instructions contained
herein:

1) From windows, delete the Online Time Tracker Help and Online Time
Tracker v3.0.1 icons from the Eagle Software Group folder.

2) Delete the Eagle Software Group folder.

3) From either File Manager or DOS, delete the c:\windows\nettime.ini
file as it is no longer required with v3.0.4.

Now you should have no icons relating to Eagle Software or to
Online Time Tracker on your desktop.

4) From Windows run the Online Time Tracker v3.0.4 setup.exe program
from the zip onltt304.zip. This will create a new group and the
program and help icons for v3.0.4.

5) In order for v3.0.4 to use any data files that you had created using
v3.0.1 you must move those files to the new directory (if you did not
change the directory during setup.exe, its c:\onlinett.)

You will need to do from dos:
     > copy c:\nettime\nettime.dat,c:\onlinett\onlinett.dat

6) AFTER any data files created using v3.0.1 have been moved, it is safe
    to delete the c:\nettime directory.

    >del c:\nettime
    >rd c:\nettime
