INFOLOG.TXT -- InfoLog Documentation
======================================================================

1. Description

InfoLog is a timer utility that writes detailed connection log files
for communication programs that do not. The log files created by
this utility can then be read by InfoMiles using the supplied
INFOLOG.CFG configuration template.

2. Installation

Place all files in the same directory as InfoMiles.
INFOLOG REQUIRES THE INSTALLATION OF INFOMILES.

3. Usage

Select the log file to write the connection information to from the
drop down list.

This list, and the communication program associated with each log
file, can be modified by using the Add ( + ), Delete ( - ) and
  Browse ( ... ) buttons.

The communication program associated with the log file can
optionally ( Start ) directly from the control pad. Otherwise, the
user can start the communication program in the way they normally do.

When the communicaion program is started from the control pad, it
must be closed before the InfoLog window can be closed.

When connected to the remote service, the Online ( > ) and
Offline ( ) buttons record the connect and disconnect times
respectively in the selected log file.

If the timer is running when the communication program is terminated,
and the communication program was started from the control pad, the
  timer is automatically stopped.

An alarm (audio and visual) can be set to warn the user of minutes
online. The alarm value can be changed freely during the course of
the online session.

An alarm value of 0 disables the alarm.
