SLink - Terminal Server for Windows NT

SLink, a companion product to Seattle Lab's Telnet server SLnet,
is a serial extension of Telnet's capabilities. SLink enables Windows
NT to be a server for a variety of serial devices and dumb terminals,
including barcode readers, time clocks, badge scanners, magnetic card
readers, cash registers, and other asynchronous devices.

SLink is an alternative to dedicated proprietary hardware; it
turns an NT system into a terminal server, eliminating the need for
costly proprietary hardware solutions.

SLink provides an easy-to-use configuration interface to allow
system administrators to set communication parameters such as baud
rate for individual ports or groups of ports. Combined with Seattle
Lab's Telnet service, SLnet, SLink is ideal for supporting dumb
terminals running character-based legacy applications on Windows NT.
