                               LICH:
                               ----

This is a program to translate between the Gregorian (current western)
calendar and the Vietnamese lunar calendar. It works for the years
1990 through 2000.

Version 1.1 fixes a bug in 1.0 which ignored the -a option.

USAGE:

LICH [year [month [date]]] [-q] (translate from Gregorian to lunar)

LICH year month date -a [-q] (translate from lunar to Gregorian)

The normal output is in VISCII (Vietnamese Standard Code for Information
Interchange). The -q option selects output in VIQR (Vietnamese Quoted
Readable) format, which can be displayed on any ASCII terminal.

More detailed instructions are available in Vietnamese in 2 files, LICH.DOC
(in VISCII) and LICH.7 (in VIQR). To use LICH in VISCII mode or to read
LICH.DOC, you will need VietDOS (VDOS421.ZIP in all VISCII archives).
