OK, so you're impatient! you want to see this chat working
before you put it on your board/network.

Simple, I'll tell you how to do it under a windows
environment, all others multitaskers/networks work the same
way, but may require instructions best gained from the
        multitasker documentation.

Unzip RAWKOS.ZIP into C:\RAWKOS. if you want to use a
different directory, then you will have to edit the first
2 lines of RAWKOS.CFG and change the paths to point to
your directory. Make sure to include a trailing \

Open up 2 or more DOS windows under windows, and size them
so you can see all of them on the desktop at once.
Make sure ALL the windows have the same priority, ie.
make them all background. In Win95 there is an icon in the
DOS Window titlebar to do this, depress it if it is not
already - for all the DOS Windows.
In each window, CD to the RaWKoS Dir where you have unzipped
        the files.
1st Window - type RAWKOS 1 /L then hit ENTER
& enter a name - do NOT simply press ENTER as this will default
you to NODE 0 the sysop local node.
You will be prompted for an ALIAS/HANDLE 1-12 letters only.

2nd Window - type RAWKOS 2 /L then hit ENTER
          & again, enter a name.

for subsequent windows, change the number after Rawkos
valid numbers are 1-9. you can also hit ENTER as name and
you will be logged on as sysop on Node 0.

You can now experiment to your hearts desire.
Remember /Q quits, and /? gives you help.
