Description:
	The Oscilloscope Tutorial is a visual guide to the basic controls
and measuring techniques of an Oscilloscope.

Installation:
	Note the above specifications required for the PC. 
	This is the VGA version and requires a setting of
	640 x 480 16 Colours. (There is an SVGA version (SCOPESHW.ZIP)
	The software requires to be placed on a Hard disk and cannot be
	run from a floppy Disk.
	A copy of PKUNZIP.exe is required to extract the software.

	Place Disk in A: Drive, copy software to C:\SCOPETUT, and use
	PKUNZIP.exe to extract the files.
