SIRIUSNET PROVIDES FULL-FEATURED INTERNET ACCESS;

BEST-SELLING SOFTWARE PUBLISHER PROMOTES QUALITY AND VALUE

Scottsdale, AZ -- Touting its recent move into cyberspace as an Internet
service provider, best-selling software publisher sirius Publishing, Inc.
announced the specific features of SiriusNet, its nationwide information
and entertainment network.

Released in July, SiriusNet is an Internet Service Provider (ISP) that
provides its subscribers with high-speed, high-quality network Internet
access via local telephone number connections. SiriusNet has more than 130
local access numbers throughout the United States serving more than 2,500
exchanges in more than 1,900 communities. Short term expansion calls for
the addition of 35 local access numbers by the end of August 1995, and an
additional 100 in the United states and Canada by the end of October.

"SiriusNet, however, is more than a dial-up Internet connection," said
sirius President and CEO Richard Gnant. "It's online gaming, it's a
connection with more than 50 content-rich bulletin boards, and above all,
it's a gateway to the next generation of information and entertainment."

He continued, "SiriusNet offers low-cost, highly competitive usage payment
plans for its subscribers beginning at $7.95 for five free hours of
connect time. Unlike other providers, SiriusNet has no add-on hidden
charges and offers its subscribers free registration."

The SirusNet software suite includes:

subscriber to connect and navigate the World Wide Web.
