Windows 95 and OS/2 Warp Available Now For The Macintosh

September 8, 1995 -- Anaheim, CA - Orange Micro announced today that they
are shipping Windows 95 and OS/2 Warp with their OrangePC products for the
Macintosh and Power Macintosh. OrangePC is a hardware card which
previously ran only Windows 3.1 and DOS 6.2 operating system. Windows 95
from Microsoft, and OS/2 from IBM, are now available for your Mac with the
OrangePC card.

OrangePC has a real Intel 486 processor on-board which allows users to open
Windows 95 or OS/2 inside of a Macintosh window. This also enables users
to run non-Mac programs, while simultaneously running Macintosh programs
on the same monitor and computer platform.

Windows 95 Compatibility On The Macintosh

With over eight years of experience building DOS cards for the Macintosh,
Orange Micro has been testing Windows 95 over the last year as a
registered Microsoft Developer. Because of OrangePC's Intel 486 processor
and RAM memory on the card itself, the OrangePC is actually a PC clone on
a card running inside the Macintosh which ensures the highest level of
Windows 95 compatibility.

The OrangePC Market

The OrangePC is designed for the serious corporate users who demand higher
levels of OS/2, DOS/Windows or Windows 95 performance seamlessly
integrated into their high-powered NuBus-based Macintosh or Power
Macintosh. Often Macintosh users must satisfy either a corporate
commitment to run a unique PC program unavailable to the Mac OS, or a
department requirement to run certain "company standard" PC applications.
OrangePC gives them a single Macintosh computer platform with single
footprint and the capability to run PC multitasking applications inside a
Macintosh window, while simultaneously running Macintosh programs.

Art Scotten, President of Orange Micro noted, "At this time, we are the
only company offering Windows 95 and OS/2 for Macintosh and Power
Macintosh. In addition, we have had significant interest in the Mac
corporate community for Windows NT and that is currently under
development."

Pricing and Availability

Windows 95 is available as an upgrade for all existing OrangePC users with
latest Version 3.8 Software. The Windows 95 upgrade for OrangePC (Part No.
70MSW00095) is available from Orange Micro for $129. OS/2 for OrangePC
(Part No. 70IBM00000) is available for $209.

New customers who do not yet own an OrangePC hardware card may buy an

$1127, or with OS/2 for $1187.
