Fox TV Host, Talk Radio Host, Newspaper Columnist and Author Kim Komando
Leaves KFYI 910 AM to Launch National Talk Radio Program

SCOTTSDALE, AZ., September 8, 1995 - The Komando Corporation announced
today that Fox television host, FamilyPC contributing editor, founder of
the Komputer Klinic on America Online, the Internet and the Microsoft
Network, author and nationally syndicated newspaper computer columnist Kim
Komando will leave her local computer radio talk show effective Saturday,
September 9, 1995 in order to launch a nationally syndicated talk radio
program. Her local program has been broadcast on talk radio station KFYI
910 AM for the past three and one half years.

The new program, called The Kim Komando Komputer Klinic, will begin airing
on the weekend of October 7, 1995 as a live call-in national talk radio
program. It will originate from Phoenix and will be delivered via
satellite by the ABC Radio satellite distribution system.

"I'm very happy and excited," said Komando. "Now, my talk radio program
like my television programming, online forums, and magazine columns will
be available across the United States. I feel confident that it's a viable
product with very high potential." Komando added, "I will miss KFYI. Those
are very good people and I enjoyed working with them but my board of
directors felt that it is in the best interests of the new program to
withdraw it completely until we premiere nationally. We plan to start
relatively small and add affiliates as the program grows."

"A number of advertisers have already been signed for the program's
premiere as well as several affiliate talk radio stations across the
nation," said Kathleen Wojno, Executive Vice President of Strategic
Planning of the Komando Corporation. "A listing of affiliates will be made
public in the near future," Wojno said.

Initial plans call for a live two hour call-in program, with occasional
guests. The program will be offered to stations Saturday mornings in all
time zones.
