Delrina Expands PC Communications Presence in Japan, Ships Kanji Version of
Delrina Fax PRO for Macintosh

TORONTO, ONT -- September 12, 1995 -- Delrina Corporation (NASDAQ:DENAF,
TSE:DC), world leader in PC communications software, today announced the
availability of Delrina Fax PRO for Macintosh v1.5.3 J, its first
full-featured fax software entry for the Macintosh market in Japan. The
product was developed jointly with Something Good, Inc., the company+s
distributor in Japan. A LITE (OEM) version of Delrina Fax PRO in Kanji is
also available.

"We have experienced a great deal of interest in our English version of
Delrina Fax PRO in this market," said Teresa Brzozowski, director
international business development at Delrina. "We are determined to be
the leader in the Japanese fax software marketplace and with this shipment
we will solidify our market presence." Delrina introduced a Japanese
(Kanji) version of its popular selling WinFax PRO fax software for
Microsoft Windows, last December.

Unlike its competitors, Delrina+s Macintosh fax software works with
previous and current versions of Macintosh hardware, including KanjiTalk
System 7.5 and Power Macintosh. The software also supports over 50
Japanese modems and all popular Mac-compatible Class 1 and Class 2 fax
modems, including the Apple Express Modem and the AV GeoPort Telecom
Adapter.

Delrina Fax PRO lets users to easily send, receive and manage faxes on
their Macintosh, and features gray-scale faxing for exceptional output
quality; the ability to create custom cover pages; a background AutoPrint
feature to automatically send incoming faxes to the printer; and optical
character recognition (OCR) software from Caere, which automatically
converts fax images into editable text. Delrina Fax PRO v1.5.3 requires
System 7.x or higher and 8MB of RAM for 68000-based Macs and 16MB RAM for
Power Macs. The OCR module (English only) requires an additional 4MB of
RAM or virtual memory.

According to the Japan Personal Computer Software Association, Japan
represents a market of more than $700 million in sales annually. Apple
Computer Inc. of Cupertino, Calif., has become the No. 2 personal computer
vendor in Japan this year. Apple+s market share exceeded 15 per cent, far
higher than its average global share of about 9 per cent.
