TeleGrafix Communications Releases RIPaint 2.0 Online Multimedia Beta
Developer Kits

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA - (July 10, 1995) - TeleGrafix Communications Inc. has
announced plans to offer a limited number of computer bulletin board,
electronic newspaper and Internet developers a competitive advantage in
building the next generation of graphically rich online multimedia
applications.

The California company, which created the world's most popular graphical
user interface for computer bulletin board systems -- RIPscrip (TM), the
Remote Imaging Protocol Scripting language -- on July 17 will offer only
300 developers worldwide the chance to use and test its next-generation
RIPaint 2.0 online multimedia authoring software for two months prior to
its public release.

Parties obtaining RIPaint 2.0 Beta Developer Kits will have a head start in
developing commercial applications for enhanced computer bulletin board
systems, interactive multimedia, Internet offerings, electronic newspapers
or games, prior to the public release of the final commercial version of
RIPaint 2.0 in September 1995.

The use of RIPscrip 2.0 technology by online media systems, as featured in
a five-page report in the July issue of Boardwatch Magazine, enables
extraordinarily rapid transmission of fully integrated graphics, text,
digital sound and high quality photos via ordinary telephone lines or the
Internet.

"RIPaint 2.0 makes it easy and fun with point-and-click simplicity to
create dazzling online multimedia. With graphics quality exceeding SVGA
limits and support for both TrueType (TM) and Adobe (TM) fonts, RIPaint
2.0 provides a robust environment for the creation and display of dynamic
online images. The rapid transmission speed will lead to dramatic boosts
in customer satisfaction with the performance of computer bulletin boards,
electronic newspapers and Internet sites," said TeleGrafix President
Patrick Clawson.

Clawson said 300 RIPaint 2.0 Beta Developer Kits will be made available on
July 17, for a fee of $100 per kit, with a limit of one per organization.
NO ADDITIONAL KITS WILL BE AVAILABLE. California residents are required to
pay 7.75 percent sales tax. Payment may be made by check, Visa, Master
Card or American Express.

Each RIPaint 2.0 Beta Developer must meet the following requirements:

   - They must be registered owners of RIPaint 1.54.

   - They must own or operate a computer online information
system, such as a BBS, electronic newspaper or Internet
     Web site.

   - They must complete and return a signed TeleGrafix Beta
     Developer and Non-Disclosure Agreement.

   - They must have previous software beta developer experience.

Beta Developers will receive:

   - A copy of the Beta RIPaint 2.0 shipped via Federal Express

   - Access to all Beta patches on the TeleGrafix Vector Sector BBS

   - A waiver of shipping charges for the final commercial release
     version of RIPaint 2.0

   - Personal recognition and promotion of their companies in
a TeleGrafix news release to be distributed nationally
to the computer industry press and to local newspapers.

   - A personal invitation to the private, "sneak preview" of
TeleGrafix's Project Apache Internet and World Wide Web
technology. This event, accessed by invitation only,
will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Tampa,
Florida on August 18, 1995 during the ONE BBSCON
     convention.

Beta Developers who purchased their registered copies of RIPaint v1.54
after March 1994 also shall receive a free upgrade to the commercial
version of RIPaint 2.0 upon its public release.

Applications for RIPaint 2.0 Beta Developer Kits will be processed on a
first-come, first served basis. Approval of applicants is at the sole
discretion of TeleGrafix Communications Inc. Applicants should provide a
