HP, MICROSOFT AND PC WEEK TO PRESENT SEMINARS FEATURING PC AND NETWORKING
SOLUTIONS

Palo Alto, California. May 1, 1995 -- Hewlett-Packard Company, Microsoft
Corp. and PC Week today announced they will present "Connect to the Future
Today," a series of seminars in the U.S. showcasing leading-edge PC and
networking solutions for business environments. These seminars are
designed to help businesses streamline processes, reduce costs and make
better decisions faster.

Geared for an audience of decision makers, MIS managers and network
administrators, these events will focus on three key environments:

 - high performance - for high-traffic networks and PC
   server-based multimedia applications;
 - enterprise computing - for demanding central-site environments; and
 - replicated site networking - for branch and remote offices.

Locations for the networking seminars are as follows:

  May 10 Rochester, N.Y. Riverside Convention Center
  May 12 Washington Georgetown University
  May 15 Philadelphia Civic Center
  May 17 Boston Hynes Convention Center

Two identical sessions will be held per day, one at 8 a.m. and one at 1
p.m.  Each lasts approximately three hours and consists of a keynote
address by a PC Week editor, a staged "solutions" presentation and a
product showcase.

The showcase will feature hubs and routers, printers and PCs, servers,
storage and software, all of which will be supported by factory and field
representatives who are ready to answer questions. Each seminar also will
