IRVINE, Calif., May 10, 1995--Graphix Zone, a leading publisher of
interactive music CDROMs and expert on multimedia, will announce a June
1995 release date at E3 for The Guided Tour of Multimedia - 2nd Edition.
The $39.95 CD-ROM is completely revised to keep pace with the rapidly
evolving world of multimedia. Like its best-selling predecessor, it will
use interactive multimedia to teach the uses, creation, applications and
production of multimedia for all skill levels.

my own videos?" Users will learn how in The Guided Tour of Multimedia -
2nd Edition. Filled with over 20 hours of course material, the tutorial
teaches about the hardware and software required to create and produce
multimedia as well as providing a "how to" guide on structuring
presentations. The CD-ROM also includes video and sound clip samples,
wallpaper, photos and clip art for use in documents and presentations.

The main screen is an electronic desktop with active buttons representing
chapters. Users an either take the complete course from beginning to end
or choose a specific subject of interest suited to their skill level.

The Guided Tour of Multimedia - 2nd Edition uses hyper-linked text so users
can get deeper levels of information on a particular topic by simply
clicking on a keyword or phrase.

Each chapter treats a specific area of multimedia, such as technical
fundamentals, understanding PC multimedia hardware and creating the
multimedia production. Spoken narrative, pop-up video, music and graphics
are used throughout the CD-ROM as teaching aids to make the educational
process an easy and pleasant experience.

The Guided Tour of Multimedia - 2nd Edition CD-ROM is compatible with
Windows 3.1 and the soon-to-be-released Windows 95. It will be available
in June 1995 at a suggested list price of $39.95.
