Delrina Provides Best-of-Breed Electronic Forms for Microsoft Exchange
Server

Microsoft Previews Delrina FormFlow Running on Microsoft Exchange at the
EMA Conference

NEW ORLEANS, LA, Electronic Messaging Association Conference -- May 8, 1995
-- Delrina Corporation (NASDAQ:DENAF, TSE:DC), the world leader in
electronic forms, today announced that it will provide multi-platform
electronic forms creation and routing capabilities for Microsoft Exchange
Server, Microsoft Corp.'s client-server corporate messaging product.

Electronic forms are fundamental to routing information and conducting
business electronically -- for communicating structured information both
within and between organizations. The features and approach of Delrina
FormFlow provide users of Microsoft Exchange a significantly advanced
solution, which builds upon Microsoft's own forms design environment.
Delrina FormFlow features sophisticated database connectivity,
multi-platform support, printing and scalability.

"We're excited about Delrina FormFlow because it enables users of Microsoft
Exchange to cost effectively and easily implement custom solutions that
computerize their paper forms regardless of the platform they are on
today," said Rob Schurtleff, General Manager, Workgroup Solutions Product
Unit at Microsoft Corp. "Delrina is an important associate for Microsoft
Corp. because of their recognition as a worldwide leader in electronic
forms technology, a key ingredient to enterprise-wide computing and
business re-engineering."

"Delrina and Microsoft have collaborated to address the critical business
processes that are controlled by forms, such as administrative routing and
business transactions," said Karl Wong, Principal Analyst, PC & Workgroup
Software, at Dataquest. "Together, they provide powerful forms application
development in a robust wide area messaging environment."

"By adding value to Microsoft Exchange through extensive database
connectivity, scalability, and support for multiple platforms, Delrina
provides users of Microsoft Exchange with easy access to enterprise forms
no matter which database or operating system the recipient is using," said
Teddy Rosenberg, General Manager of the Electronic Forms Business Unit at
Delrina. "In addition, Delrina FormFlow provides a broad range of sample
forms applications, such as a capital expenditure request application and
an inbound call tracking system, which can be easily customized to serve
the unique requirements of the customer."

Delrina FormFlow allows users to leverage their existing technology
investments by building forms applications that link to their databases
and messaging infrastructures. It provides a smooth transition to
automating the use of forms and data within and between organizations.
With FormFlow users with little or no programming experience can quickly
create sophisticated forms applications with conditional routing and
deploy them across their organization using their e-mail systems. The
result is automation of business processes that takes weeks, not months.

Delrina FormFlow has been selected as the Government Best Buy in Federal
Computer Week (March 1995) and received the Windows Magazine Recommended
Award (June 1995) in a head-to-head electronic forms comparison. Delrina
FormFlow has been ranked by the editors of PC Magazine as the premier
forms-based application creation environment for automating workflow
(Editors Choice, June 1994) and the best forms processing software by the
editors of PC Magazine and InfoWorld (Editors Choice, March
1994/InfoWorld, May 1994). Last October, Delrina FormFlow received the
1994 Enterprise Technology Award from the readers of Network World for the
enterprise forms product that works best in a multi-vendor environment.
