CARRAC - A tool for combined analysis of reliability, redundancy, and cost

CARRAC assists the user in choosing an optimal subsystem which will
minimize cost. Each subsystem has associated reliability and cost
parameters. CARRAC uses these parameters to calculate and compare a total
expected cost for each subsystem. The method of calculation can be
selected from five different models that allow CARRAC to be applied to a
wide variety of cases. Written in Microsoft Quick-Basic for IBM PC series
and compatibles.
