BLENHEIM GROUP USA OPENS "SHOWNET 365" ON THE INTERNET

Computer Industry's Premier Show Producer Launches On-line Trade Show Guide
to Blenheim Events; Attendees can Navigate Seminar, Exhibitor and New
Product Information

(Fort Lee, NJ, May 10) -- Blenheim Group USA, Inc., expands its presence in
the world of electronic commerce, with the debut today of ShowNet 365, a
"home page" on the World Wide Web for the Internet
(http://www.shownet.com). ShowNet 365 will help show participants to
effectively plan their attendance year-round at Blenheim's shows.

The ShowNet 365 system will provide users with immediate access to on-line
registration, exhibitor lists, feature articles on the show, information
about special pavilions, keynote and plenary presentations, news and
product announcements, seminars and tutorials, as well as hotel and travel
information. ShowNet 365 users can also contact show management and
exhibitors before, during, and after a show through E-mail capabilities.

"It is an industry fact, the majority of attendees want to be able to plan
their time at a trade show in advance," said Henri Calitri, director of
publishing and exhibitor marketing of Blenheim Group USA, Inc. "With
instant access to current exhibitor lists, new products, show highlights
and other pertinent information through our home page, attendees can
strategically plan their days at our events. In addition, if attendees
were unable to meet with some exhibitors they can get timely product
information through our Web site after the show."

The ShowNet 365 system is a work in progress. As the bandwidth of the
Internet increases, new features added to the system will allow attendees
to download product demonstrations and presentations from exhibitors,
review show photographs, access hypertext links to the home pages of
select exhibitors, read on-line show dailies, and use other interactive
features.

The first Blenheim trade show to go on-line with the resources of ShowNet
365 will be PC EXPO in New York, June 20-22, at the Javits Convention
Center in New York City. ShowNet 365 computer kiosks will also be present
at PC EXPO, and all future Blenheim events -UNIX EXPO in New York, the
Networks Expo shows in Dallas and Boston, PC EXPO in Chicago, and the
DB/EXPO shows in New York and San Francisco.

ShowNet 365 was designed and developed by Blenheim with the assistance of
Lante Corporation of Chicago, IL, an information technology consulting
firm, and Global Enterprise Services (GES) Inc., of Princeton, NJ, an
Internet service provider.

Lante Corporation provided the Internet systems planning and application
development team, explained John Meyer, project director for Lante.
Development included the use of UNIX and Windows NT server configuration
and integration, HTML version 2.0 and 3.0 layout design, image map
creation, and custom search facilities using perl-scripting tools.

Lante designed the original ShowNet system in 1990. It was a LAN installed
throughout the trade show floor with applications that included e-mail,
groupware, and comprehensive on-line show information as well as external
access to the Internet.

"With the advent of the Internet, global access to information systems
comprising graphical, sound and video media is now possible for millions
of connected users worldwide," said Mr. Meyer. "The original ShowNet
concept has been re-engineered to extend beyond the show floor and make
the wealth of information produced at trade shows available around the
world and all year long."

Global Enterprise Services, Inc., (GES) will host the ShowNet 365 Web site
through its JvNCnet national high performance backbone network. GES has
ten years of experience providing Internet access services, and private
corporate networks across the U.S., and internationally .

"GES is very pleased to be part of the ShowNet 365 team together with
Blenheim Group USA and Lante Corporation, " said Sergio Heker, president
and CEO of GES. "As a strong proponent of the Information Superhighway, we
believe that the capabilities demonstrated in the Web site and through
Blenheim's shows are the clear expression of what the Information
Superhighway is all about."

GES is consulting with Blenheim and Lante on the implementation of
technical features behind the ShowNet 365 site, including on-line response
forms, search tools and image mapping. Additionally, GES is the Official
Internet Service Provider for Blenheim's I.T. trade shows, providing
Internet connectivity to all exhibitors.

Blenheim Group USA, Inc., is part of Blenheim Group PLC, the world's
leading independent producer of trade shows and conferences, with more
than 180 events worldwide.
