Fujitsu and Delrina to Develop & Market New Low-Cost Fax Scanner Solution

SAN JOSE, Calif. and TORONTO, Ont -- February 13, 1995 -- Fujitsu Computer
Products of America Inc., the leader in document imaging products, and
Delrina Corporation (NASDAQ:DENAF, TSE:DC), the makers of WinFax, the
world's most popular fax software, today announced plans to develop and
market a new desktop fax scanning solution, competitively priced for the
mass market.

One of the only limitations with computer-based fax is that the user can
only send documents created on the computer. Delrina and Fujitsu will
introduce their first solution, the Delrina WinFax Scanner, which enables
users to combine paper-based information with faxes originating from the
computer. The product is aimed at the small-office, home-office, and
WinFax users, and is expected to ship within the next two months. The
Delrina WinFax Scanner will be marketed by Delrina through its established
distribution channels.

"This initiative seeks to redefine the category for personal desktop
scanners and maximize the importance and use of fax on the computer," said
Tony Katz, product manager at Delrina. "Our long term plan is to leverage
the hardware expertise of Fujitsu and our software strength to foster
further joint ventures in the future."

"Fujitsu is broadening its leadership in the scanner marketplace to address
a growing base of users who depend on their computer for their everyday
faxing, scanning and document management needs," said Mary Ann Burns,
marketing manager for Fujitsu's imaging products. "Partnering with Delrina
combines our experience with the world+s leading provider of fax software
to offer the most complete and most affordable computer-based fax scanning
solution available."

Delrina+s WinFax is the leading fax communications software for Windows
with more than six million copies shipped. More than 100 computer
manufacturers and fax modem vendors include WinFax with their own
products.
