UniPress Software and Triton Technologies Announce Solaris, SCO and SGI
Versions of CoSession PC2X

CoSession PC2X Provides a Comprehensive Solution for Remote PC Control from
a UNIX X Window

Edison, NJ - January 23, 1995 - UniPress Software, Inc., (Edison, NJ) a
leading developer of PC-UNIX connectivity and software development tools,
and Triton Technologies, Inc., (Iselin, NJ) a leading developer of remote
communication and file transfer packages for IBM compatible PCs and
networks, are now shipping Sun Solaris, SCO and Silicon Graphics versions
of CoSession PC2X, the comprehensive PC-UNIX connectivity solution for
remotely displaying and controlling PCs from UNIX X Windows.

Control PCs from UNIX Workstations

CoSession PC2X allows UNIX users to display and control PCs and PC
applications from an X Window on their UNIX workstation. The PC, running
DOS or MS Windows, displays in an X Window from which users can run any PC
application. Users can even control multiple PCs simultaneously, by
running several CoSession PC2X windows. "The addition of these ports of
CoSession PC2X enables us to offer a comprehensive solution for remote
control of PCs to a wider range of customers with PC and UNIX networks,"
said Mark Krieger, President of UniPress.

For System Administrators, Helpdesks and End Users

"CoSession PC2X is the ideal solution for the growing number of customers
with PC-UNIX environments because it gives the UNIX user the ability to
remotely control a PC to run PC programs, access data, print reports or
simply observe the operations of another computer user," continued
Krieger. "System and network administrators can remotely train,
troubleshoot, monitor and manage networks without having to leave their
workstations. CoSession PC2X also allows helpdesk engineers to assist PC
users without leaving their office."

Virtual PC

CoSession PC2X also turns a UNIX X Window into a virtual PC from which
users can run DOS and Windows programs. At one of UniPress' customer
sites, the engineers use CoSession PC2X to access test result data
residing on PCs in the data entry department directly from the UNIX
workstations in research and development. And, since CoSession PC2X runs
on existing PCs with no additional hardware requirements, it is an
extremely cost-effective way to leverage PC investments.

A Client/Server Program

CoSession PC2X is a client/server application. The server side of the
software resides on one or more PCs. It provides the full PC session to
the CoSession PC2X client, which runs on a UNIX workstation. This is
accomplished in an efficient manner by enabling the UNIX workstation to
translate DOS and Windows video information to UNIX X Windows and having
the UNIX workstation send its mouse movements and keystrokes to the PC.
And, since CoSession PC2X uses high-level Windows calls to transport the
information, it is extremely efficient. In addition, CoSession PC2X caches
objects such as MS Windows icons to further reduce network traffic.

The CoSession PC2X Host is the same CoSession Host from Triton Technologies
that provides PC-to-PC connectivity to control other networked PCs from
the PC desktop. With CoSession PC2X users can expand their connectivity
options by adding a UNIX client to their existing network. This
combination provides a comprehensive solution for remote PC control.

Pricing and Availability

CoSession PC2X is available for Sun (SunOS or Solaris), IBM, HP, SCO and
SGI workstations. A single-user starter pack, which consists of one PC
Host and one UNIX client, costs $595. Additional UNIX client sides cost
$495, and additional PC Host sides cost $125, with a 10-pack Host side
available for $995. A UNIX client 10-pack cost $4,450. Contact UniPress at
