INGRAM MICRO, TECH DATA TO MARKET TELEBIT'S NETBLAZER FAMILY OF DIAL-UP
ROUTERS

DISTRIBUTORS EXPAND PRODUCT OFFERINGS, OFFER COMPLETE REMOTE-ACCESS
SOLUTIONS

SUNNYVALE, CA -- Feb. 20, 1995 -- Telebit Corporation (NASDAQ: TBIT), a
leader in the on-demand remote access industry, today announced that
effective immediately Ingram Micro and Tech Data will distribute Telebit's
NetBlazer dial-up routers to authorized value-added resellers (VARs). Both
distributors already carry Telebit's line of high-performance modems.

Ingram Micro and Tech Data are now authorized to sell NetBlazers in the
United States and Latin America. Tech Data is also approved to market the
dial-up routers in Canada. Both companies will implement Telebit's
Preferred VAR authorization program, which provides VARs with technical
training, support and demonstration units of Telebit's remote-access
products. Additionally, both distributors will have trained certified,
NetBlazer engineers on staff to support their Preferred VARs.

"Telebit's long-term relationship with these two highly respected
distributors continues to evolve, accommodating the needs of the market
for intelligent remote-access solutions," said Steve Dick, Telebit's vice
president of marketing. "By adding the NetBlazer family to the line of
Telebit modems they carry, Ingram Micro and Tech Data now can offer
complete, cost-effective remote-access solutions."

Using renowned Telebit dial-up router technology, the NetBlazer family
provides on-demand client-to-LAN and LAN-to-LAN multiprotocol
connectivity. After a VAR installs a NetBlazer, the configuration enables
telecommuters, mobile computer users and branch offices to access
central-site network data. NetBlazer-family routers are also used by VARs
and their customers to establish Internet access that can use standard,
low-cost phone lines.

ROUTERS EXPAND DISTRIBUTORS' PRODUCT OFFERINGS

"Ingram Micro continues to expand its selection of remote-access products
with the addition of Telebit's NetBlazer products," said Kelly Harvey,
general manager of Ingram Micro's Digital Communications Strategic Product
group. "Telebit's NetBlazers complement our networking product offerings
and our strategic product direction toward the remote-access LAN market."

"As the leading distributor to the VAR market, Tech Data is ideally
positioned to help Telebit build sales for the NetBlazer product line,"
said Roy Appelbaum, vice president of networking and mass storage product
marketing at Tech Data. "There is tremendous growth opportunity in the
remote LAN access category. Telebit's comprehensive product line and our
high-quality technical support services are available to help VARs
capitalize on this emerging market."
