Nu-Mega Announces BoundsChecker for Windows NT upgrade.

Version 1.5 includes enhanced support for Microsoft Visual C++ 2.0 and ANSI
"C" Run Time Library support.

San Francisco, CA/Software Development West '95 (February 14,
1995)--Nu-Mega Technologies, Inc. today announced BoundsChecker for
Windows NT Version 1.5, an update that offers enhanced support for the
Microsoft's Visual C++ version 2.0 compiler. BoundsChecker for Windows NT
now supports PDB files which are Visual C++'s native debug files. In
addition, this upgrade conducts parameter validation and return code
validation for API calls to the ANSI "C" Run Time Library. Version 1.5
runs on all versions of Windows NT including the latest version - version
3.5.

Frank Grossman, President of Nu-Mega Technologies explained the focus on
VC++ 2.0 support: "Developers are using Microsoft Visual C++ in greater
numbers than ever before to develop a wide range of 32 bit Windows
applications. In addition, corporations are installing Windows NT in
record numbers. Our goal for this BoundsChecker for Windows NT upgrade is
to help the 32 bit developer make the transition to developing on more
advanced platforms."

BoundsChecker for Windows NT version 1.5 new improvements mean that it will
check additional API calls such as those from the C runtime library and
the Windows Common Dialog API. Additionally, BoundsChecker for Windows NT
checks the memory and resource allocation for DLL files that are loaded
with the Visual C++ call Load Library.

BoundsChecker for Windows NT is the industry's leading automated debugging
tool. When it encounters a bug, a dialog box pops up and freezes execution
presenting the information that notifies the programmer where the problem
is. BOUNDS-CHECKER presents the information needed to fix the problem,
thus allowing developers to investigate bugs as they appear and continue
debugging their program.

"Our products provide developers with the essential debugging tools they
need to develop or port applications to this increasingly popular but
complex Windows operating system," said Frank Grossman, president of
Nu-Mega Technologies, Inc.

Nu-Mega Technologies, Inc. is an international supplier of award-winning
