Interplay Productions has announced their lineup for the first half of
1995, and the list includes products for PCs, Macs, Nintendo, CD-ROM and
3DO.

Starring Tim Curry, Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster is a
non-linear interactive story that tells the tale of the disfigured
monster, resurrected from the dead by Dr. Frankenstein, on a quest to
discover what has happened to himself and his young daughter. The game
will be available for IBM compatibles and Macintosh in the second
quarter.

Virtual Pool is a pool simulation game that teaches beginning players how
to play pool and will also help the game of the more advanced player. It
brings all the physics of live pool, including calculating friction,
cushion response, and cue ball spin, as well as featuring five pool games:
Nine Ball, Eight Ball, Rotation, Straight Pool and Snooker. The game will
be available for IBM compatibles in the second quarter.

U.S.C.F. Chess is designed to tutor the beginner chess player, and sharpen
the skills of the master, and also gives an official U.S.C.F. National
Rating. The game will be available for IBM compatibles and Macintosh in
the second quarter.

The discovery, conquest, and colonization of America in the late 15th
century is the topic in the new strategy game from Interplay titled
Conquest of the New World. Players compete as one of four different
countries: England, France, Spain, and Belgium, each with their own
advantages or handicaps. To win, players must balance development,
politics, and warfare in their own grand strategy.

A fantasy role-playing game, Stonekeep, features full screen graphics with
3D-rendered dungeons and creatures, and an interface that requires only
the use of the cursor keys and the mouse. In a similar vein, Dungeon
Master II: The Legend of Skullkeep, a sequel to the original Dungeon
Master, creatures and characters that think, act, and react according to
the players' interactions.

Also coming from Interplay is Descent, which was released as shareware,
featuring the first seven levels, with the full 30 levels being available
in the first quarter on both 3 1/2-inch disks and CD-ROM. Also announced
was the special teachers version of Mario Teaches Typing, which included
study guides and lesson plan suggestions for both IBM and Macs and
available in the first quarter.

Other titles scheduled for release include The Skins Game At Bighorn, which
is part of an exclusive distribution deal with Fathom Pictures for new
CD-ROM titles: Kingdom: The Far Reaches, Zombie Dinos from Planet Zeltoid,
Sim Earth and Sim Ant CD-ROM, Bridge Deluxe II with Omar Sharif, Beat The
House, and Mario's Game Gallery.
