INTERGRAPH INTRODUCES FASTER PERSONAL WORKSTATIONS AT LOWER PRICES

HUNTSVILLE, AL, January 17, 1995 -- Intergraph Computer Systems (ICS) today
announced lower prices and new configurations for their popular TD Series
of personal workstations. The new machines include improved versions of
current TD models and new configurations of existing models. ICS customers
can expect the first shipments in February.

"These new configurations offer engineering professionals the fastest
Intel-based machines available anywhere," said Wade C. Patterson, vice
president of Intergraph Computer Systems. "With the new pricing structure,
these high-performance machines compete aggressively in both the PC and
workstation markets."

TD-3 Personal Workstation Configurations & Pricing

ICS' top selling personal workstation, the TD-3, will now be available in
90 or 100 megahertz Pentium versions. These TD-3s outclass comparably
priced desktops with state-of-the-art components, including 16 megabytes
of memory, expandable to 192 megabytes; a Fast SCSI-2, high-capacity disk
subsystem; 512-kilobyte, zero-wait-state cache; G90 or G91 graphics
accelerator; and PCI bus technology. An Ethernet interface, implemented
directly on the system board, efficiently manages broad-based
heterogeneous network operations. Intergraph supports dual monitors for
the TD-3 with a second G91 card option.

TD-3s can be complemented with a CD-ROM, a variety of digitizer solutions,
and add-on disk and tape drives. TD-3s are delivered with Microsoft
Windows for Workgroups or Windows NT pre-installed.

The new TD-3 configurations start at $4,695, a 23 percent price reduction.

TD-4 and TD-5 Personal Workstations Feature Dual 100MHz Pentiums

The new TD-4s and TD-5s feature dual Intel 100 megahertz Pentiums and
support for Windows NT multiprocessing and multithreaded applications.
This makes theses powerful machines ideal for compute-intensive 3D design
and rendering packages. Both incorporate leading-edge components such as
32 megabytes of memory, expandable to 256 megabytes; a Fast SCSI-2,
high-capacity disk subsystem; 512-kilobyte, zero-wait-state cache; PCI bus
technology; and CD-ROM. Like the TD-3s, TD-4s and TD-5s feature an
Ethernet interface, implemented directly on the system board to
efficiently manage broad-based heterogeneous network operations. Both
support an array of digitizer solutions, as well as add-on disk and tape
drives. TD-4s and TD-5s are delivered with Microsoft Windows NT
pre-installed.

Graphics accelerator options for the TD-4 include G91 and GLZ. The TD-5
offers G91, GLZ and GLI graphics accelerator options. GLI and GLZ utilize
the OpenGL graphics interface to enable real-time 3D manipulations and
life-like walk-throughs in 3D designs.

TD-4 configurations start at $9,900. TD-5 configurations start at $11,900.

Monitor Configurations

Monitor configurations for the TD series include single or dual 17-inch and
21-inch multisync, flat square displays and Intergraph's premier
two-megapixel monitors, available in 21- and 27-inch screens.
