eWorld Expands Personal Finance Offering

Pershing's PC Financial Network, Corporate Intelligence from
Reference Press Join eWorld Investment Lineup

CUPERTINO, California--February 23, 1995--Now members of eWorld, the online
service from Apple Computer, have access to a wide array of financial
market information with the addition of two new providers. PC Financial
Network brings some of Wall Street's most respected analysts to eWorld and
Corporate Intelligence 10-K Library lends in-depth company reports to
round out financial research within eWorld.

With access to some of the same information and tools that brokers use, the
individual investor can stay on top of current investments in equities,
mutual funds, and other securities and make informed decisions about
future investments using quotes, news and analysis available in eWorld.

Blake Darcy, Chief Operating Officer of PC Financial Network, states "We're
confident that the combination of PC Financial Network and eWorld will
help redefine the way investors gather the information that shapes their
investing decisions. We're extremely excited about the possibilities that
eWorld brings to us."

America's largest on-line discount broker, PC Financial Network, a service
of the Pershing Division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities
Corporation, provides professional investment research and market news to
the on-line investor. In eWorld, PC Financial Network features insights
into the current state of the financial markets, including economic and
market indicators, a morning comment and market wrap-up, as well as
highlighting individual stocks that are of interest.

For investors doing in-depth company research, Corporate Intelligence from
Reference Press, along with their classic, Hoover's Company Profiles, is a
valuable resource. The Hoover's Company Profiles database includes
profiles of over 900 of the largest, most influential and fastest growing
public and private companies in the U.S. and the world. eWorld members
also have access to the Corporate Intelligence 10-K Library, containing
nearly 2000 10-Ks as electronically filed with the SEC. 10-K reports are
an essential tool for learning about a company's strategies, management
team, and financial position, for both investors and job seekers. Normally
available to individuals for a fee, the 10-K library is currently being
made available to eWorld members for no additional charge beyond the basic
eWorld fees, as an introduction.

Technical analysis adds another perspective on the markets, and the
publishers of Decision Point provides this viewpoint. After the close of
market each business day, 152 equities and 160 mutual funds are charted
and analyzed. Decision Point publisher and technical analyst Carl Swenlin
provides charts of his own proprietary indicators, along with a weekly
market analysis and editorial. For beginners in technical analysis,
Decision Point offers a Technical Analysis Short Course to help investors
acquire and use this valuable skill, and a Chart of the Week feature
provides continuing education in the art of chart analysis.

PC Financial Network and Corporate Intelligence join the growing roster of
valuable resources found in eWorld's Business & Finance Plaza, including:
Dow Jones Business and Financial News, Tribune Media Services' Decision
Point, Money Matters, and eWorld Market Quotes. Knight-Ridder Tribune
Business News is expected soon in eWorld, and will add in-depth local
business coverage from over 70 U.S. newspapers.

This comprehensive sweep of financial information gives eWorld members
access to everything from profiles of the world's most influential
companies to briefs on key court decisions' impact on stock trading.

Additionally there are several eWorld message boards where investors and
personal money managers can exchange ideas. The Reference Librarian in
Corporate Intelligence focuses on company research, covering a wide
variety of topics. In Money Matters, The Exchange covers savings and
investment, and regular conferences facilitate discussion between eWorld
members and the experts. Money Matters also offers a Best Rate feature on
money market accounts, CDs and credit cards.
