ACSYS SIGNS TWO POWERHOUSE INTEGRATORS

Company Continues to Roll Out National Roster of Integrators to Resell and
Support NetGain Remote Office Service

Boston, Mass., February 14, 1995 -- ACSYS Incorporated, a global provider
of networking solutions, today announced that it has signed partnership
agreements with two powerhouse integrators, continuing the roll-out of the
company's strategy to unite integrators throughout the nation into a
virtual support organization.

In addition to reselling ACSYS' offerings, the agreements call for American
Communications Company (ACC, Chantilly, VA.) and CCS, Inc. (Manhattan) to
provide local pre- and post-installation services to NetGain customers.
Introduced last quarter, ACSYS' NetGain Remote Office Support offering is
a cost-effective service designed to proactively support and manage remote
office end-users and networks.

"We are putting in place a national roster of integrators who, together
with ACSYS, will provide today's networked organization and its
geographically-dispersed remote offices with an unparalleled level of
support," explained Larry Gormley, managing director of ACSYS Network
Services. "With the addition of ACC and CCS as charter integrators, we're
well on our way to a nationwide organization."

ACSYS' NetGain Remote Office Support service provides LAN management and
end-user application support while reducing a company's costs, relieving
central IS and enhancing end-user productivity. Monitoring of a company's
remote sites is provided from ACSYS' central NetCenter. Local integrators,
such as ACC and CCS, resell NetGain and provide on-site problem
resolution.

"We team with local integrators so that our customers can be assured of a
quick response time and speedy problem resolution through on-site
inspection and diagnostics when called for," said Gormley. "The
integrators are our partners in the field. In return, integrators receive
an increased revenue steam, access to new opportunities and a chance to
add high-margin services to their repertoire of offerings."

The opportunity to significantly broaden the scope of services and options
it offers prompted ACC to sign on with ACSYS. "Many of our clients are
tying disparate LANs at multiple sites together into enterprise-wide
networks. However, these same companies are not able to manage these LANs
and the users that reside on them. That is where we'll come in. Using
NetGain, we'll be able to provide our customers with the dedicated
monitoring and support to ensure that remote-office networks stay up and
running," said Anthony Tarsia, ACC's manager of marketing and sales.

CCS views the addition of NetGain to its offerings as a natural fit. "The
combination of advanced technologies, expert-level personnel and
truly-high service levels means that our customers will enjoy a
full-service, competitively-priced solution to managing remote and branch
office sites," explained Dave Schuette, executive director of CCS Inc.
"NetGain is a value-add to our current maintenance and support service
offerings."

ACSYS selected ACC and CCS as charter members because of the expertise each
organization brings to the table. ACC has been focusing on providing
networking and communications solutions for twenty years while CCS is a
Novell network integrator with eight years experience in installing,
maintaining and supporting LANs.

"Both ACC and CCS are among the most progressive networking integrators
currently in business. We look forward to a long and mutually-rewarding
relationship with both companies," said Gormley. "We also look forward to
partnering with additional high-caliber integrators who posses the same
drive and expertise that ACC and CCS have exhibited."

American Communications Company (ACC), an operating division of American
Systems Corporation, specializes in local- and wide-area network
integration as well as the design and installation of high-performance
cable-plant distribution systems for voice, data and video networks. Over
the past 20 years, ACC has established a strong reputation for delivering
high-quality technology solutions to clients in government, defense,
education, healthcare and commercial businesses and industries. LAN
Magazine's 1993 annual survey ranked ACC as the 17th largest LAN
integration firm in North America.

Since 1979, CCS Inc. has been providing systems integration services to the
greater New York City area. Over fifty percent of CCS' staff is comprised
of systems engineers and hardware technicians that have expertise in
network integration, communications, document management and document
imaging. CCS delivers customer solution, hardware sales, network
implementation and support. The primary industries that CCS supports are
small- to medium-size companies in the professional services arena with an
emphasis in the legal market.

Founded in 1993 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMP, ACSYS Incorporated is
a global provider of LAN workgroup and departmental solutions. The company
recently launched NetGain Remote Office Support, a cost-effective service
designed to proactively support and monitor remote networks. Remote Office
Support is the first in a series of network service offerings from ACSYS
which provide the most cost-effective method of supporting workgroup and
departmental distributed LANs.
