Trinzic Announces Value Added Relicensor Agreement for Forest & Trees
Decision Support Software with The Dodge Group

The Dodge Group will embed Forest & Trees as the reporting engine in the
OpenSeries family of client/server financial application software

Palo Alto, CA, January 16, 1995--Trinzic Corporation (NASDAQ:TRNZ) and The
Dodge Group today announced a worldwide relicensor agreement that makes
the award-winning Forest & Trees decision support software a component of
The Dodge Group's new client/server applications.

OpenSeries

OpenSeries, a sophisticated line of client/server-based accounting software
introduced in April 1994 and runs on UNIX server from IBM, Digital
Equipment Corp. and Sun Microsystems, with Windows clients.
Hewlett-Packard server support is planned for later this year. Databases
supported include Sybase and Oracle. Network protocols supported include
TCP/IP, RPC and ODBC. OpenSeries Financials are available directly from
The Dodge Group. OpenSeries pricing begins at $215,000.
