MONEYSOFT'S NEW "FINANCIAL TOOLKIT" PERFORMS FOUR KEY BUSINESS ANALYSIS
TASKS IN A SINGLE SOFTWARE PROGRAM

Software Helps Managers Gauge Impact Of Decisions On Future Performance

PHOENIX, Ariz. -- MoneySoft, Inc. has introduced The Financial ToolKit, a
bundle of four different software applications in a single PC-based
program designed to help small business managers and owners make critical
financial decisions.

The software system lets users analyze the performance and value of their
company and determine how today's decisions might ultimately impact the
future bottom line and financial position of the business.

The Financial ToolKit includes four integrated modules -Financial Statement
Forecasting, Business Valuations, Financial Ratio Analysis and Equipment
Lease Versus Buy Analysis. Whether the business is preparing a strategic
plan or getting ready to request a bank loan, the four modules let
managers get quick answers to questions such as:

* How will the income and expense from a new product line affect the
company? How much profit will fall to the bottom line? Do we have
  enough working capital?
* What is the business worth? How will the decisions made today effect
the future value of the business?
* How is the company performing relative to others in the industry?
* How does it compare to the competition? What areas need improvement?
* Should the company buy a given asset or does it make more sense to
  lease it?

With The Financial ToolKit, the user enters historic financial statements
only one time in order to run any or all of the four modules. This saves
hours of data entry time and eliminates the need for four separate
programs or manually prepared spreadsheets.

"Everyday, business managers make decisions that shape the financial future
of their companies," said Robert B. Machiz, president of MoneySoft. "The
Financial ToolKit is an affordable bundle of programs intended to make it
easy for small business managers to look at the implications of their
decisions on paper before taking action, rather than using a
seat-of-the-pants approach and hoping for the best."

The program is designed for ease of use, with pop-up menus and context
sensitive help to guide users through the analysis process.

The Financial ToolKit is retail priced at $195, with an introductory price
of $149 through the end of the 1994. System requirements include an IBM PC
or compatible, 640K RAM and 1.2 MB hard disk space.
