Extend Now Offers Multi-Platform Capabilities

SAN JOSE, CA...Imagine That, Inc. announces the release of Extend for
Windows. Available for the Macintosh since 1988, Extend for Windows is
fully cross-compatible with its Macintosh counterpart; models built in one
platform are easily read by the other.

Extend empowers users with the ability to simulate and validate ideas to
resolve "what if..." questions and assist in the decision making process.
Before implementing changes, users model existing processes in Extend,
then experiment with various scenarios on the model of the process rather
than the actual process. Using Extend to dynamically model systems and
processes on desktop computers has saved thousands of corporations
valuable time and resources.

Extend is a dynamic, iconic simulation environment with a built-in
development system for extensibility. Discrete event, continuous, and
combined discrete event/continuous processes and systems can be simulated
using Extend's libraries of pre-built blocks; no programming is necessary.
Everything needed for industrial strength model building is built-in to
the basic Extend package including an authoring environment and
development system. Other features include animation, sensitivity
analysis, drag and drop model building, object-oriented framework,
interruptible processes, and interactive control.

Extend for Windows is scheduled to begin shipping by March 1995 starting at
a cost of just $695.00. For more information, please contact Imagine That,
