LAS VEGAS, NEV.- JANUARY 6, 1995--There has never been a baseball game
comprised entirely of real video footage...until now. Sport Accolade, a
leading publisher of entertainment interactive software, today announced
Live Action Baseball for PC CD-ROM computers. Officially licensed by Major
League Baseball Properties (MLB) and the Major League Baseball Players
Association (MLBPA), Live Action Baseball hosts a line up of baseball
stars based on an All-Star Game. True to its name, Live Action Baseball is
comprised of real live baseball video footage. Live Action Baseball
follows in the footsteps of Sport Accolade's recent release Live Action
Football, the company's first product using this technology. Live Action
Baseball is scheduled to release in May at a suggested retail price of
$69.95

Comprised of both actual All-Star game footage and custom shot footage,
Live Action Baseball delivers the look and feel of a televised baseball
game. Sportscaster Al Michaels provides hours of seamless color commentary
including descriptions of on-field action and profiles on the MLB players'
careers. Live Action Baseball is geared to re-create the experience of
coaching a live baseball game on television.

Sport Accolade, in conjunction with Blank, Berlyn & Co., Major League
Baseball Properties and the Arizona Fall League, filmed Fall League
Players in real MLB uniforms portraying real players. The production
filmed all possible plays and variations that can occur in a major league
baseball game. The week long film production was held in December at the
Peoria Stadium in Peoria, Arizona, home of Spring training for the Seattle
Mariners and San Diego Padres.

"Baseball fans will find Live Action Baseball to be the closest thing
possible to coaching a real Major League Baseball game," said Todd
Thorson, the producer of the Live Action series. "We outfitted our Fall
League Players with real MLB uniforms, and cast each of them according to
body type and abilities to portray a specific professional star. In no
time, the players were acting the part of the Major Leaguers, even
imitating signature styles and celebrity status. I believe this All-Star
quality will come through in the game," concluded Thorson.

In Live Action Baseball, up to two players act as "coaches" calling the
type of pitch and its placement. Garners can make player substitutions,
set defensive strategies, fielding positions, set line-ups and pinch
hitters and send in signals to steal, hit and run. With the interactive
TV-style interface, players will have the chance to review Major League
team and Player stats plus view highlights of video clips from MLB teams.
