OBJECT DESIGN FORMS TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP WITH DHARMA SYSTEMS

BURLINGTON, Mass., December 29, 1994 -- Object Design, Inc. today announced
a technology partnership with Dharma Systems, Inc. to jointly develop
database productivity and connectivity tools. The partnership will result
in a series of software products tightly integrated with ObjectStore,
Object Design's industry leading object database management system.
