INTERGRAPH CORPORATION REINFORCES PENTIUM SYSTEMS COMMITMENTS

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., December 14, 1994 -- Intergraph Corporation, the world's
largest supplier of technical computer solutions, announced today its firm
commitment to stand behind its Pentium processor-based products. Both the
software and hardware divisions of the company emphasized their
commitments to continue to supply solutions optimized for Intel
Corporation's Pentium processors.

"Intergraph Software Solutions is now shipping more than 200 applications
on Microsoft's Windows NT operating system for technical markets," said
Tom Steele, president, Intergraph Software Solutions. "These applications
benefit greatly from the processing power of the Pentium, and our customer
base includes many Pentium-based systems. To date, we have found no
applications in our testing labs which exhibit the recently reported
Pentium floating-point division problem."

Jim Meadlock, chairman and CEO of Intergraph, said, "Intergraph stands on
its long reputation of customer satisfaction, and Intergraph Computer
Systems is working with Intel to ensure our mutual Pentium customers will
have quality, fully functioning processors. Providing Pentium-based
workstations and servers will continue to be the focus of Intergraph
