INTELESYS PRODUCT LINE CHAMELEON OFFERS VERSATILITY AND DESKTOP
CAPABILITIES ON THE GO

Las Vegas, NV. COMDEX, November 14, 1994 - Intelligent Computers and
Technologies announced the addition of the Chameleon, an Intel-based
upgradeable 486SL enhanced notebook computer, to its established family of
PC products designed for the small-to-medium sized business and home
office markets. The Chameleon is the first notebook product offered by
Intelligent and is designed to complement its Intelesys product line.

"We added the Chameleon to our Intelesys product line because it has a
flexible, economic design, allowing it to meet a wide range of user needs,
while complying with environmental standards said Babar Hamirani,
President and CEO of Intelligent. "Its standard features provide the same
power and reliability of other notebooks on the market, while its various
options give the user the extended capabilities of a desktop system on the
go."

Designed and manufactured in accordance with EPA "Green" requirements, the
Chameleon offers a wide variety of features and options. Standard features
include a 486DX2-50/66MHz processor, upgradeable to DX4/75 and 100MHz; a
340MB removable hard drive; 4MB or 8MB of RAM, upgradeable to 16MB or
20MB; a 32-bit VESA local bus VGA with 1MB RAM; an interchangeable
monochrome LCD panel; simultaneous CRT and LCD display with external CRT
resolution of up to 1024 x 768 x 256 and fax/mode, capability.

Light and portable, the standard version weighs 6.2 lbs. and is 11" x 9" x
1 7/8" in dimension. It has a built-in 3/4" trackball with two buttons and
a palm rest area; and 85-key low profile keyboard with inverse "T" layout;
a Ni-MH, 8-hour battery pack with A/C adapter; a 3.5" 1.44MB floppy disk
drive; and a specialized card slot designed to accommodate removable cards
for sound, pen-based computing, LAN adaptability and SCSI interface, and a
14.4 fax/modem, all of which can be purchased separately from Intelligent.
It supports System-Level-Zero-Volt suspension so that the battery can be
removed without any data loss, and has a 200-pin connector for optional
Intelligent I/O box docking station.

Additional options include interchangeable dual-scan STN color or active
matrix TFT color LCD display panels; a pen-based display panel; and a
PCMCIA slot that supports Type-II or Type-III cards. The active matrix TFT
color display panel is state-of-the-art and offers the best full color
screen available in a notebook.

The Intelligent I/O box is included with the docking station or can be
purchased separately. It has two serial ports, one parallel/external FDD
port, an external keyboard/keypad port, one external video port, one PS/2
mouse port and connector, which allows the Chameleon to be setup in a
simple desktop configuration and/or integrated with an existing system or
network.

The docking station, with its four 16-bit ISA expansion slots, a 3.5" SCSI
HDD bay and a CDROM bay, allows the Chameleon to be transformed into a
complete desktop system.

"The Chameleon is ideal for today's user. More and more people are on the
go, yet are not willing to sacrifice the performance and capabilities of
their desktops," said Hamirani. It is a portable office."

Intelligent will be demonstrating the Chameleon in its private viewing
suite at Caesar's Palace, in conjunction with COMDEX. It will be available
for purchase directly from Intelligent in early January.

As with Intelligent's other PCs, the Chameleon comes bundled with a
Microsoft suite of products including the latest versions of MS-DOS,
Windows for Workgroups, Works, Money and Publisher, a software value of
over $600. It also comes with the company's unique Computer Care Kit,
containing how-to cards with instructions for simple installations,
troubleshooting; and easy ways out, should the user get stuck. The kit
contains a "Rescue Disk" which simply re-sets the computer to its original
factory settings in case of misconfiguration. Additional help is available
through a 24-hour toll-free Technical Support Hotline.

The Chameleon is priced from $1795 for a Monochrome, 4MB based system to
$3195 for the TFT 8MB version.
