INTELLIGENT IS AN INDUSTRY FRONT-RUNNER WITH ITS NEW INTELESYS 100MHZ DUAL
PROCESSOR EISA SYSTEM FOR NETWORK SERVERS AND WORKSTATIONS

Fremont, CA. November 29, 1994 - Intelligent Computers and Technologies has
announced the availability of its Intelesys 100MHz Pentium dual
processor-based system, the P54C100D EISA, will be available for January
delivery. With an already established market base in the personal computer
and small office/home office markets, the Fremont, California-based PC
system integrator expects to make significant inroads in the corporate
marketplace with their new system, providing performance capabilities that
accommodate servers and workstations with ease.

The performance of the dual 100MHz processors increases productive
processing throughput up to 80 percent faster than a single processor
unit. Intelesys has engineered this system to fulfill the needs of
enterprise computing and workstation users requiring CAD/CAM, 2D/3D
graphics and database modeling applications.

The Pentium P54C100D dual processor EISA architecture with PCI local bus
technology utilizes a Neptune chipset from Intel. The well simulated
design process has high speed transmission lines to improve system
performance and reliability. The EISA PCI motherboard design supports a
16KB on-chip cache, 256/512KB external writeback cache, six 72-pin SIMM
sockets supporting up to 192MB RAM, AMI Megakey keyboard controller with
Powersave and Green PC features and the Baby AT size footprint.

The system is available in both server and workstation configurations
featuring hardware and software such as Microsoft's OfficePro, 1 or 2 GB
hard disk drives and, a RAID 5 disk array. Standard features include
Microsoft's DOS and Windows NT, 16MB RAM, 256K cache memory, a PCI-IDE
bus, SCSI-2 optional, and a PCI video local bus, advanced telephony
capabilities with voicemail, remote paging and answering, full duplex
phone, 14.4 fax/modem, 15-inch digitally-controlled flat screen monitors,
and Microsoft s ergonomic mouse. Full tower, mini tower and desktop cases
are available. Multimedia features include a 16-bit MIDI hi-fi sound
synthesizer, double speed photo CD-ROM, speakers and a microphone. Prices
for the new systems start at $4799

"The Intelesys dual processor configuration is superior for network
servers, particularly with the high speed data transfers," said Babar
Hamirani, President of Intelligent. "We also see this system used as a
high-end workstation for database development, and the significant number
crunching required for complex engineering and scientific calculations."

Intelligent Computers and Technologies is a privately held company
specializing in PC systems integration. Intelligent offers two product
lines: the Intelesys line, which is marketed directly to small and
medium-sized businesses; and the Amerigo line, which is sold in retail
stores only, and is currently available in over 400 retail outlets
