SILICON GRAPHICS AND NETMANAGE TECHOLOGY ALLIANCE TO BRING COLLABORATIVE
TECHNOLOGY TO WINDOWS PCS

On November 15, 1994, Silicon Graphics, Inc. announced that it has licensed
its InPerson desktop videoconferencing application to NetManage, a leader
in TCP/IP for Windows applications development, for the purpose of
developing an interoperability solution that will allow InPerson users to
communicate with PCs running the Windows operating system.

president and general manager of Silicon Graphics' Visual Magic Division.
"We believe NetManage, with its experience and expertise in TCP/IP
applications, can provide the technology to allow Silicon Graphics
workstation users to collaborate with Windows PC users."
