AUTODESK UNIVERSITY GEARS UP FOR 1995 CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION IN SAN
FRANCISCO

Follows Successful 1994 Conference on East Coast with Plans for Expanded
Exhibits in Moscone Center

San Francisco -- December 20, 1994 -- Miller Freeman, Inc. today announced
that the Third Annual Autodesk University Conference & Exhibition will
take place in San Francisco's Moscone Center, Oct 29 - Nov 2, 1995. A
significant increase in attendance for conference sessions, demonstrated
at the recently concluded Autodesk University 1994 in Atlanta, combined
with the need for expanded exhibit space to make Moscone Center the ideal
location for the show's return to San Francisco.

"Autodesk University conference attendance increased by 34 percent this
year and we expect to see a similar jump in 1995," said Anastasia Kellow,
conference director for Miller Freeman, Inc. "The conference's educational
programs and workshops are a big draw both for Autodesk software users and
the thousands of independent application developers in this market, so we
expect to see a corresponding increase in exhibitors and exhibit only
attendees in San Francisco."

Described as "the ultimate event for the Autodesk community" the five-day
conference and exhibition brings together the worldwide network of
Autodesk dealers, application developers and users. Autodesk University is
the only event devoted to the market for Autodesk-related products, which
are now used by more than 2.5 million people worldwide. Highlights of the
1994 Autodesk University included the unveiling of AutoCAD Release 13, the
annual meeting of the North American Autodesk User Group, and more than
150 classes, lectures and labs for Autodesk software professionals.
