ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS' X.400 AND X.500 MESSAGING PRODUCTS TO HELP FIGHT WAR
AGAINST DRUGS;

Logicon, Inc. Awards ESL Contract for Secure Anti-Drug Information System
for the Southwest Border States (California, Arizona, New Mexico and
Texas)

(Westlake Village, CA; November 22, 1994)--Enterprise Solutions Limited
(ESL), provider of complete X.400/X.500 messaging solutions, today
announced that Logicon, Inc. headquartered in Torrance, California,
awarded it a contract to provide EXM Mail X.400 and X.500 products for the
Southwest Border States Anti-Drug Information System. The Department of
Defense is funding this system as a part of a Congressional mandate to
design, integrate, and implement counternarcotic information sharing
systems. The system could eventually span across every state. Enterprise
Solutions is proud to play a strategic role in this vital project to help
in the fight against drugs.

The Southwest Border States Anti-Drug Information System allows law
enforcement officers to exchange information necessary to curtail the flow
of drugs across borders into the United States. The network incorporates
ESL's X.400 Message Transfer Agents (EXM/MTAs), 1988 X.400 Message Stores,
and X.500 Directory Service Agents (EXM/DSAs) distributed throughout all
regions of these four border states. Logicon and the Georgia Tech Research
Institute are developing electronic data interchange (EDI) transaction
capabilities as a part of the overall project.

The network is completely secure. It uses strong authentication for access
to the network, and encryption across the network. Further details on the
security features are not available due to the sensitive nature of the
information.

Logicon uses enterprise-wide integrated solutions to provide select
counternarcotics law enforcement activities with information management
solutions. Under contract to the Defense Information System Agency (DISA),
Logicon engineered the capability to exchange counternarcotic and criminal
information among disparate legacy information systems of the four states.
The private, encrypted, X.25 packet-switched wide area network for the
Southwest Border States Anti-Drug Information System, using Enterprise
Solutions' X.400 and X.500 messaging solution, enables law enforcement
officers to securely exchange sensitive intelligence and other
investigative information.

Mr. Gabriel Alcala, Logicon's Director of Counter-Drug Support, says, "The
ability to collect, process, disseminate, and share information among law
enforcement agencies directly impacts the Federal and state counter-drug
strategies. The timeliness and security of this information is critical
not only to the success of an investigation but also to the survival of
law enforcement officers."

ESL recently introduced EXM Mail, a new series of native X.400 and X.500
products. EXM Mail consists of X.400 User Agents with P7 protocol and
Message Store for multiple user interfaces, remote user agents for
non-connected users, full X.500 Directory Services, complete Mail
Administration, both department level and system 1988 X.400 Message
Transfer Agents, and a family of mail-enabled add-on products which extend
and enhance the Enterprise Xtended Mail X.400 product line.

Enterprise Solutions began shipping EXM Mail in the United States in
December 1991, with first installations at major government agencies and
at selected corporate sites. An early adopter of ESL's X.400 and X.500
messaging products was the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station
(NCTS) in Washington. The NCTS standardized on Enterprise Solutions' X.400
client products for their mail system. One of ESL's first customers in the
U.S. was Wal*Mart Stores, where ESL established an entire messaging
capability for the Home Office as well as for the movement of all
information to and from more than 2,300 stores, all their primary vendors,
and Wal*Mart's international operations. Other major customers include
McDonalds, Fleischmann-Hillard, Smith's Food and Drug, and the State of
Iowa.
